Hi my love, I’m Lily. I work with international clients as a Somatic Therapy, Subconscious Transformation & Inner Child Healing Practitioner. I’m also a Nutritionist (MSc) and Emotional Eating Expert.
Yet, there was a time in my life where I truly could not picture myself with the beautiful relationship with food, body and self that is now my normal.
I spent the majority of my teens and early twenties searching for validation through my appearance, trying to look as close to Barbie as I physically could; a goal that completely depleted me. I found myself trapped in a cycle of fluctuating between a lean body and significant weight gain... it was exhausting. Despite dedicating countless hours to overexercising, under-eating, and maintaining leanness, my self-worth and confidence remained persistently low, casting a shadow over every aspect of my life.
My own relationship with food put me through the ringer: bulimia, orthorexia, binge eating, emotional eating, chronic fatigue & body dysmorphia.
It took me hitting wrong bottom to realise something had to change — my relationship with food, body and self was derailing my life.
Despite working with various therapists, intuitive eating and anti-diet practitioners, the work didn’t seem to be hitting deep enough. Looking back, I can see so clearly that I hadn’t yet worked with the psychological side of things (subconscious beliefs, my inner child and emotions), so, of course, I couldn’t truly heal.
Through training with world-leading experts in everything from somatic trauma therapy to subconscious transformation, inner child healing to EFT, IFS to energy healing, I created a method (The UPGUIDED Method™) that heals emotional eating at the root. Finally, I could break the habit of binge eating, move through restriction and nourish myself with ease. The healing rippled into all areas of life, and life has felt increasingly beautiful since then.
