Memories may surface to be lovingly processed, and emotions can run deep. This process can be temporarily emotionally intense and may bring up discomfort.UPGUIDED is intentionally designed to help you create safety within yourself whilst processing old emotional imprints, to gently build your capacity to do so.
Learning to safely be with these moments of activation creates the golden opportunity for healing, transformation, and deeper self worth, self love, freedom and confidence, when approached with care and self-compassion.

Deeply Nourished Self is designed to integrate as seamlessly as possible into your life, to give energy, rather than add more to your plate.
At first, the practices to respond to the binge urge will take you between 20-60 minutes. As you become more familiar with the practices, that time will decrease.
You can approach the workshops as an invitation to sit down with a cosy warm beverage, mood lighting and a journal, or, simply lean into them when a free moment arises.
You can listen to the podcast-style talks and group coaching call recordings as you go about your day: walking, cleaning, cooking & so on.
