Hi love, I’m Lily.
If there is one thing my 20+ year struggle with emotional eating, bulimia, body dysmorphia, restriction, social anxiety and, frankly, deep self hate, taught me, its that each urge to emotionally eat is a golden opportunity to heal. In the moments you have the urge to binge eat, but no emotion seems to be present, one of two things are happening:

Emotional eating is a very clever nervous system response.
