Hi love, I’m Lily.

If there is one thing my 20+ year struggle with emotional eating, bulimia, body dysmorphia, restriction, social anxiety and, frankly, deep self hate, taught me, its that each urge to emotionally eat is a golden opportunity to heal. To transform. To come home to the version of self you came here to be.

Healing emotional eating is the journey of healing your relationship with yourself, finding safety and beauty in your body and your emotions, connecting to something greater, and creating the life that feels how you desire it to feel.

I love when people find my method of healing emotional eating, because it is a path that sets you free. After therapy and intuitive eating didn’t work for me, I understood I needed something deeper, and I devoted myself to finding that missing piece.
