UPGUIDED – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to UPGUIDED (“UPGUIDED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). UPGUIDED provides self-guided audio experiences designed to support subconscious, somatic, inner child, and memory-based personal exploration (the “Service”). The Service is delivered digitally via the Hello Audio platform.

By accessing or using UPGUIDED, purchasing a subscription, or listening to any audio content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be **at least 18 years old** to access or use UPGUIDED. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

UPGUIDED provides **self-guided audio content only**.

No live support, one-to-one guidance, therapy, coaching, diagnosis, or medical treatment is provided.

You understand and agree that:

* UPGUIDED is **not a substitute for therapy, mental health care, medical care, or professional support**

* The Service is intended for **personal exploration and educational purposes only**

* You are solely responsible for how you engage with and apply the content

3. Emotional Intensity & Personal Responsibility

UPGUIDED works with subconscious material, somatic awareness, inner child healing, and past memories. As a result, the content may be emotionally intense and may bring awareness to emotions, memories, or physical sensations.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Emotional discomfort, activation, or temporary distress may arise

  • Participation is voluntary and self-directed

  • You are responsible for how you engage with the content, including pacing, timing, and frequency of use

  • Guidance given within UPGUIDED is not personalised to you, and requires your discernment as to whether to act on it

  • You retain full choice and autonomy in your participation at all times

UPGUIDED is designed for individuals who feel resourced enough to engage in inner work independently. If you have a history of trauma, PTSD, dissociation, panic attacks, severe anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or other mental health conditions, we recommend that you consider whether this work is appropriate for you at this time and, if needed, seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional.

If at any point you experience emotional distress that feels unmanageable or unsafe, we recommend seeking appropriate professional or emergency support immediately.

UPGUIDED makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, transformation, healing, or results of any kind.

You understand and agree that:

  • Results vary significantly between individuals

  • It is recommended to engage with UPGUIDED for a year for best results; this recommendation does not constitute a promise, guarantee, or assurance of any specific outcome

  • No specific outcomes are promised or implied

  • Testimonials, examples, or shared experiences reflect individual experiences only and are not guarantees of results

  • Your progress depends on many factors beyond the scope of the Service, including but not limited to personal history, consistency of engagement, capacity, and external circumstances

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

UPGUIDED offers:

  • Quarterly subscription

  • Yearly subscription

All prices are clearly displayed at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

7. No Refund Policy (Final Sale)

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

There are **no refunds under any circumstances**, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the content

  • Lack of use

  • Change of mind

  • Emotional discomfort or distress

  • Perceived lack of results

  • Technical issues with third-party platforms

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle only

  • You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for

  • No partial refunds or credits are provided

Cancellation must be completed through your account or the platform through which you subscribed (e.g., Hello Audio).

9. Platform Access & Third-Party Services

UPGUIDED is hosted via Hello Audio, a third-party platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to the Service depends on the availability and functionality of third-party platforms, including Hello Audio

  • Temporary outages, delays, or technical issues may occur

  • No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided due to platform downtime, technical disruptions, or access issues

  • Your use of any third-party platform used to access UPGUIDED is subject to that platform’s own terms and policies

UPGUIDED reserves the right to change, replace, or migrate the platform, delivery method, or technical infrastructure through which the Service or its content is provided at any time. Any such changes will not materially alter your access to the core content included in your active subscription, and will not entitle you to refunds, credits, or compensation.

10. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All UPGUIDED content, including audio recordings, scripts, branding, and materials, is the exclusive property of UPGUIDED.

You may:

  • Access content for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

  • Share login details

  • Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

  • Use the content in professional, teaching, or client settings

  • Create derivative works or publicly display content

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for:

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
