The adult who emotionally eats is the child who was taught their emotions were wrong, unwelcome, and must be controlled.
Perhaps you were sent to your room when you were “too emotional”, which felt really overwhelming because children can’t process emotions alone.
Perhaps your emotions were responded to with even bigger emotions.

Your nervous system’s main job is to keep you safe, and, as long as it views emotions as a threat, its going to drive you to escape when they’re present.
You can make as many promises of “never again” or “I’ll start tomorrow” as you like (I’ve been there)…

Hi my love, I’m Lily. I work with international clients as a Somatic, Subconscious Transformation & Inner Child Healing Practitioner, I’m also a Nutritionist (MSc) and Emotional Eating Expert.
But, first and foremost, I’m a woman whose life was derailed by emotional binge eating, low self worth, social anxiety, and body image struggles for over 15 years.
I’ve been in your shoes, and I know how tough the emotional eating → shame cycle truly is. After hitting rock bottom, finding myself deeply insecure, inflamed, and no longer recognising my own body, I devoted myself to finding a way to heal this… And, I knew, that when I did, I would share it with as many other emotional eaters as I could, to let them heal too.
My journey led me to train with world leading experts in everything from a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, to a Master’s Degree in Nutrition, Trauma Trained Somatic Modalities, to Subconscious Transformation, Inner Child Healing, to Energy Work.
